Burnelle Roser is the assistant director of the Ulster Community College Foundation, Inc., a not-for-profit organization that raises funds to provide enhanced educational and cultural opportunities for SUNY Ulster in Stone Ridge, NY. Fundraising initiatives support scholarships, art and cultural performances, and technological support that SUNY Ulster must have to achieve and maintain the excellent offerings that will sustain its mission.

Burnelle, a SUNY Ulster Alumna and SUNY New Paltz MBA graduate has a decade of experience in not-for-profit marketing, fundraising, database management, website development, and events planning. As the BMA-HV secretary since 2008, Burnelle maintains the corporate records, website, and schedules marketing professional speakers for the monthly educational dinner programs.
