John Bassler
John is President of Know/Go NPD LLC, a Dallas-based firm offering new-product training and consulting services. (He is based in Saugerties!) He has worked in marketing research for 20 years and was president of the DFW chapter of the American Marketing Association. He is a marketing consultant to the members of the RPI Business Incubator. John served as the BMA-HV secretary for the 2007-2008 term.
