Joan Giewat
Joan is an accomplished marketing strategist who brings more than 20 years of experience creating and implementing successful marketing strategies. Her professional background working for both business and not-for-profit organizations has included strategic marketing, planning, sales, management, consulting, and entrepreneurial experience. She was the Director at the Marist College Fishkill Center for the School of Graduate and Continuing Education.

Joan speaks frequently on the components for developing a successful marketing plan and the strategies for implementation. Her practical approach to achieving profitable business outcomes is simple...Plan to Succeed.

She is currently working for the American Red Cross Donor Services. Joan is also an alumnus from the Greater Southern Dutchess Chamber of Commerce Dutchess Leadership. This will be her second term as president of the BMA-HV.
